Little Rock - Before an audience, Representative Richard Gephardt questioned retired four-star General Wesley Clark's decision-making ability: "General, it's easier to be an analyst on CNN than it is to be in the Congress, because you've got to make decisions."

Clark04 Communications Director Matt Bennett pointed out: "With all due respect Mr. Gephardt, Wes Clark made a few decisions during his thirty-four years in the military. Life or death decisions, in the jungles of Vietnam, directing the drug war at SouthCom, and leading NATO forces through the intervention in Kosovo. He made decisions under the most difficult of circumstances-on the battlefield, not on Capitol Hill."
