Date: January 22, 2004 Young Professionals To Raise Money, Support For Clark
New Hampshire Night Kicks-Off Preparation for Next Round of Primaries Little Rock - Young professionals will meet in more than twenty locations across the country on the night of the first primary in the nation to raise money and increase grass-roots support for Wes Clark's campaign as they watch the election results and plan for upcoming primaries. The Clark campaigns young professional's organization, C Company, is a growing organization with more than 20 chapters across the country. Members between the ages of 25-40 serve a dual purpose: they bring new supporters into our grassroots movement and raise money to fund the campaign. C Company members donate $100 and bring at least five friends to events. Most members have never been involved in the political process before. C Company provides a way for these young professionals to get involved in the campaign. Additional outreach includes Wednesday's for Wes - weekly happy hours that provide fun environments for learning more about General Clark - and policy and surrogate briefings for C Company members. While watching the NH primary returns, each group will also watch the "American Son" video as well as a message from the General recorded for the C Company events. The following cities will host events:
